Tried BA through the AARP website and the least expensive fare I am finding for March 2016 is $2034 each way. Has anyone had luck finding this fare?

Do they have the option they had a few months ago where you could use 30,000 avios to get ~ $762 off the price? I only have 2k avios and am wondering if my low balance prevents me from seeing that offer, or if it is long gone. thx
