The Trump administration has agreed to settle the first lawsuit filed “against the so-called “Muslim ban,” according to a release from the ACLU.
[T]he government will reportedly provide a list of pro bono immigration attorneys who can aid foreigners applying for visas, and will provide notice in three different languages. The DOJ must also coordinate and aid in processing new applications for those wanting to come back to the United States in the next three months.

The plaintiff in Darweesh v. Trump was detained by the government and threatened with deportation despite having a valid visa to enter the United States. Hameed Darweesh worked for the U.S. military in Iraq and believed his life would be in danger if forced to return there. He had come to the U.S. after this service to escape that threat.
While litigation over the administration’s travel ban continues, the original claim by the government was that it was needed as a three month temporary measure while procedures were reviewed to ensure security. Over seven months have passed, presumably mooting the very purpose for which the ban was instituted in the first place.
Yeah, assuming the government actually DID anything about it during those 7 months. Not!

I was deeply disappointed that the “judicial” court system repeatedly blocked Trump’s travel ban (implemented for citizen safety), despite the courts allowing prior Presidents to implement the exact same thing: Obama, W Bush, Clinton, Reagan, Carter. Obama did 6 bans. There is no justice in our “judicial” system… just political corruption. We americans go to bed every night feeling morally superior because of our multi-level government and our high horses, all the while living in a fake tower of dishonesty. Our blind eyes give us happiness.
