I usually only pay attention to Finland because Finnair business class award space is very difficult to get, and when it appears available on the American Airlines website it’s usually phantom space (“fake news”).

However Finland’s military has begun the process to replace its 62 Boeing Hornet fighter jets, with scheduled de-commissioning in 2025. There are 5 planes they’re considering including Boeing’s F-18 and Lockheed’s F-35 Joint Strike Fighter as well as 3 European-made jets. Finland says a decision will be made in 2021.
The President of the U.S., however, congratulated Finland’s Prime Minister on choosing Boeing at a joint press conference.

It’s not the first time that President Trump has publicly favored Boeing’s military jets over Lockheed’s.
Based on the tremendous cost and cost overruns of the Lockheed Martin F-35, I have asked Boeing to price-out a comparable F-18 Super Hornet!

However Finland says they’re years away from any decision. And the Finnish Prime Minister publicly disavowed Trump’s congratulations.

This translates, it seems, to “The news of the purchase of f-18 fighter planes is a duck.”
According to the Washington Post “[h]e used a Finnish word “ankka” commonly used to describe a falsehood, similar to “canard” in English, or maybe fake news in the U.S. vernacular.”
Now maybe Finland’s Prime Minister could help out with the ongoing fake news about Finnair propogated by AA.com.

I agree with you completely. Affirmative action cannot be open ended and people should not be given blank checks just because something happened two hundred years ago. Don’t know why poor whites assume that they are not part of the aggrieved party when we talk about privilege. You have been wronged too, by rich people who have mostly been white.
